Summary: Room spacious but bathroom small. Our room on 7th floor...elevators very slow which was annoying. Fabulous breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Also, nice evening reception with snacks and 2 complinentary drinks. Hilton app on phone allows check in and check out and open room door....very convenient.

Summary: Great stay excellent first impression with Dwayne at check in. Great cocktails during the manager’s reception (I’m writing this from the Embassy Suites outside of Milwaukee- not even close). They gave us an additional hour for checkout all around fantastic stay.

Summary: This was the coolest and nicest hotel I have stayed in. This Embassy Suites was very unique. The rooms are like mini-apartments. They were clean and comfortable. The chef prepared breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.

Summary: I loved the service here , the people are amazing there the front desk clerk is very friendly . Hotel rooms are really nice and clean .very clean bathroom and hallways . The only thing is the kids were running around too much for one day but that’s ok . No more jacuzzi at this location very upset about this but still good time here . Excellent breakfast and happy hour were amazing but wish they had more choices with the snacks . My favorite people were the cook Juan and angel and servers were nice and Citlalli were absolutely the best!!! She took our order at happy hour with a smile and were very respectful. Juan and angel were respectful as well and cooked us whatever we ordered with no problems. I’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you everything!

Summary: We had no hot water in our room either night the maintenance man came in and thought he fixed it but he didn’t so we showered in our daughters room the front desk took care of us at checkout and reimbursed us for one of the nights so I felt that was pretty good customer service
