Summary: Our check in was awesome and very smooth. Our room was clean, but the curtains would not close all of the way and there were no sheers to close to minimize the light coming in. We tried to order room service via the number from the room, and it kept saying their mailbox was full. In the morning we asked to have a late check out, and the front desk said, “housekeeping says no”. Then they said they could allow it only until 11:30am. This is the only hotel that has ever said that to me. Most hotels allow an hour late check out as a standard. The biggest complaint was about breakfast. The breakfast associate was standing guard at the door at 9:45am. The food was cold and some of it was out. The omelet maker was absolutely EXCELLENT and made the very best omelets, so there is no complaint about that. It was that the staff had taken utensils prior to 10am and they were pretty rude about it. Then they turned off the waffle maker before 10am. They also then locked the doors and we had to have them come and let us out. Out in the lobby, the coffee was out and not replaced. With these issues, it gave us the perspective that they really were not accommodating. We always love staying at Embassy, just not this one.

Summary: We travel down every year for the fireworks we love the free drinks, snacks are just chips and salsa (they could do better) The breakfast is always good! The hotel does need to start updating the rooms. My room had 2 phones and neither one worked. The new manager was great with the issues I did have!

Summary: Brian checked us in and was super informative on the services offered. He stepped out from behind the counter to show us where the pool & gym were. Where our room would. Where the breakfast is served in the AM plus the times available, etc. Very professional service! All of the staff that we came in contact with said hello to us and was very friendly! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable there was a lot of space in the room! Check in and check out process was so easy and the convenience of the parking garage was nice as well!

Summary: It was a nice stay, clean and a good view of city, front desk at check in was a little rude, got a little mouthy when i asked for an hr late checkout the following morning, but i said whatever, I'll figure it out

Summary: Breakfast was wonderful as usual. Room was fine. Just a little rough around the edges as others have noted, but clean. Walked to baseball stadium over the bridge. Great place to stay if going to a Reds or Bengals game . A 20 min walk.

Summary: Hotel had a very nice location. Service was poor. Was switched out of a Riverview room to a room overlooking the parking lot. I was told that the Riverview rooms were overbooked and that I would be discounted the difference between rooms. This did not occur. When entering my room, there was no bedding on the bed. All after a 30 minute wait to check in. The breakfast was good and always seemed fresh. Parking was accessible and free, which was surprising due to the location.

Summary: Embassy didn't disappoint however there were several things I found odd. There weren't enough towels, out of conditioner, no body wash, no soap. There was a moldy smell that eventually stopped as temp dropped in the room, smell decreased. Valet was very overworked so we didn't use it but had already gotten a ticket, so we had to provide proof we had purchased parking, simply a ticket. The pool was nice for the kids. Free breakfast was AMAZING!!! Lots of options. The workers were very cool and friendly. The omelet chef was superb. Front staff were polite and responsive.
