Summary: Upon reading reviews, I was hesitant to stay here again. We stayed here a few years ago when in the area but know things can change. We didn’t have any trouble with service. All staff seemed welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, except for a few long hairs in the bathroom. Could it have been cleaner, yes. But it was ok for our 1 night stay. The bed, oh man. Let’s just say small and very uncomfortable. That was one thing that was true about the reviews I read. The beds should definitely be updated. Pool area was nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and fresh. Would I stay again? I think I would look for other options in the area, that bed is a deal breaker.

Summary: The room was spacious and comfortable. The cooked to order breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would recommend without any reservations.

Summary: My stay began w/ the elevator being down and the key card system being down. Check-in took significantly longer than it should have. We also had a fire evacuation on Saturday. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend wasn’t very relaxing. I would also suggest service desk people being more sensitive to those of us practicing sober living. When I stated I didn’t want or need my happy hour ticket I wasn’t exactly met w/ understanding.

Summary: The property, lobby, and room are quite nice. The pool and health room are also wrll kept. Unfortunately, the ac in the room is inadequate and wouodnt cool the space down, so the room was sweltering as we attempted to sleep. It was 10 degrees cooler just walking out of the room.

Summary: Red Hatters Puttin on the Ritz was a beautiful hotel experience. When it says suites it is very accommodating. Very spacious all the amenities you could ask for.

Summary: They over booked hotel only room available was a smoking room. I took it as it was already late. Smell was overwhelming. Rest of room was very aged and fairly dirty. Carpet frayed like a dog or cat was try to get out, remote was so sticky I washed in the sink.

Summary: Overall it was just okay. I travelled with family, a party of five 4 days 3 nights stay. Checked in after eight, that was seamless, front desk staff was friendly. 10/10 My only concern was no support from housekeeping as I had to go to the front desk to retrieve extra sheets and blankets, pillows, etc. Also the beds were not made properly and only on day 3 was the bed made. Would have liked to leave a tip but it was not warranted. 1/10 The breakfast was tasty and the food selection was broad 9/10
