Summary: Had a great stay everything was wonderful. The breakfast was the best ive ever had at a stay anywhere, We will definitely stay here again when we visit

Summary: The stay was good. We had ants all over our bathroom floor and no bedding for the pull out. Had to wait 25 minutes for towels, as there was only 3 in the room with 6 people. My 2 yougest kids had to dry off with hand towls and wash rags because it took so long to get the towels to our room. Rooms were super clean but overall we enjoyed our stay

Summary: Was better than expected. Amazing environment. The breakfast was the best experience I’ve had at any hotel before it was always fresh. The complimentary 2 drinks & 1 snack a day per guest was very nice

Summary: Upon my stay at the Embassy there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. So it made it difficult to clean myself or children. I was very surprised at the condition of the room and very disappointed

Summary: Great. Only issue was wireless charging pad stopped working but was repaired the same afternoon. Too much scented soap, lotion, air, etc. otherwise excellent.

Summary: I was over charged for the room. My room was supposed to be $156.85 and I was charged $168.64. Some people might not think its a big deal but if I'm quoted something I expect to pay what I was quoted. This was the sexond time we stayed at this hotel and i wasn't overcharged the first time. There were people in the hallways yelling up until around 1am.I know its hard to stop people from doing things but 1am is a little ridiculous. I sure hope they don't over charge others with out letting them know.

Summary: NO TOWELS FOR THE POOL. ASKED FOR TOWELS. WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE WORKING ON IT. TWO HOURS LATER STILL NO TOWELS. POOL WAS FREEZING COLD OUR ENTIRE STAY. ROOF WAS LEAKING WHEN WE ARRIVED. LADY AT FRONT DESK THRETENED TO CALL THE COPS WHEN WE KEPT ASKING FOR TOWELS. SHE SAID WE WERE HIRASSING HER. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY AT THIS LOCATION.

Summary: I can’t even say enough good things about this place. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Everything was a 10/10. I couldn’t see myself staying anywhere else from now on when I come to Columbus. The happy hour was unreal the breakfast was unreal. The rooms were unreal. Maybe my favorite hotel ever.
