Summary: The stay was fine but I am finding impossible to get a receipt. They said it would be emailed and it was not. Been on the phone for 45 minutes talking with 4 different people and none of them could get me a receipt. It was a work trip and I need it for work. Hopefully you could help me. If not I will find another hotel brand. This has never been a problem in the past . Why how. This is so useless to take this much time and difficultly just to get a receipt.

Summary: They charge a parking fee, but it isn’t added to your bill, you have to scan the code or send a text, which takes you to a site that I hope was secure and pay with with a credit card. I can understand a parking fee if you receive more secure parking,but I think it is to prevent people who aren’t guest from parking their vehicles for free. But other than that, our room was excellent. There is a lot to do in the area too. Our smoke alarm’s battery decided it needed changing at 10 that night, but maintenance was there to replace the battery within a few minutes. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again.

Summary: Room had a strong smell of weed. Housekeeping did come but to spray but barely reduced the smell. Also the toilet overflowed and no one showed lucky it was close to check out.

Summary: The room was dirty when we got there-there was still hair from previous occupants in the shower, and the bathroom floor was still dirty. We stayed on the 9th floor and could still hear people (I am hoping children) being loud in the lobby at 1130pm, and that was with the television on. Oh yeah fair warning, you pay for parking here, $25+ for 24 hours, coffee at breakfast was awful, but you can pay for Starbucks (thanks but no thanks).

Summary: The rooms were not spotless 1014. There were stains on the wall near the second bed it was green and on the carpet. The mirror in the bathroom had black stains on top. The bathroom sink took a while for the water to go down. The noise level from The hallway, other guests closing their doors, made it seem as if they were coming into my room. By 6pm there were no extra towels at the pool. The room was booked for 5 people, however, only 4 towels were placed.
