Summary: My family loved this property. The staff was the best part even though everything was nice. Everyone was so nice, friendly and professional! We travel and try different hotels regularly and this one had a top notch staff! My only suggestion is this : we had an accessible room for my 85 year old parent. The bathroom had extra bars and a low shower head but no shower seat or chair?? Makes no sense… how do they use it?

Summary: My stay was very nice. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The floor around the toilet needed cleaning. The shampoo bottles that are permanently posted in the shower needed cleaning. One of the beds had a dent but I didnt complain because my daughter loved it Lol. The breakfast was tge best ive ever had. They had everything you could think of for breakfast and it was all free!!! Besides a few cleaning hiccups I would definitely book again. Very nice hotel overall.

Summary: Air conditioning did not work in our room. Their solution was to give us a box fan, which didn’t work. Staff would not move us to a new room and claimed to put in a work ticket, but no one ever came to even look at the problem. Pool was closed for chemical treatment.

Summary: I really loved the rooms. Every detail was wonderful from the nice hooks in the bathroom for your towels, the cool night light that is part of the electrical outlet to the comfortable bed and pillows. The room was spacious and quiet.
