Positive: When I book with Embassy Suites, I know it will be a two-room suite. I like that. You also serve a better breakfast than most hotels that include a complimentary breakfast.

Positive: The staff from Friday when I checked in to Saturday evening was wonderful. Cherish who worked in the restaurant was exceptionally polite. Food at Wooley's was great . I had the rice bowl with salmon 2 nights in a row.
Negative: I did not like theat front desk persons attitude EARLY Sun Morning at approx 3am He was rude and disrespectful. I also did not like the shuttle driver who took me to the airport that same morning. I was the only passenger and a female.He did not grab my suitcase.I had to put my own suitcase on the shuttle and my carry on bag.He saw.I was struggling and just sat there. He also did not carry my bag off when I got to the airport. Very poor customer service all around. The chef on saturday at the i'm lit station try to correct me when I told him I wanted all veggies and no tomatoes. He said you said "well-rounded said all veggies " i explained to him.Tomatoes are not vegetable.It is a fruit. He said something smart behind my comment.I did not feel that that was necessary.

Positive: Breakfast, clean rooms, snack and complimentary adult beverage. Snacks water and soda are provided with my room booking. You really don’t get that at many hotels. Restaurant on site.

Positive: The breakfast was decent, the room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Negative: $15 each day for parking (definitely did not budget for that as it is not advertised anywhere and the only communication I got was after the booking they messaged me saying parking was $10/day, but it sounded like it was only for park and fly). The room doors are extremely loud and our neighbors staying in the room directly next to us were constantly in and out and slamming both the room door and the balcony door open and close. The pool room seemed highly neglected, there was paint peeling, salt EVERYWHERE from the salt water pool, the jets were broken in the jet pool when we were down, and there were puddles everywhere that seemed to never dry.
Summary: Nice hotel, great staff, but a neglected pool room, and $65 in parking for 4 nights

Positive: Happy hour was very nice as well as the breakfast.
Negative: The pool was way over crowded. This is a small pool for the number of guests/children at the hotel. It was very cloudy and did not look clean at all. The hot tub was good but way to much chlorine.
Summary: It was overall good with a few exceptions as noted above.
