Summary: Having to pay $15 per night for parking rub me the wrong way to start. I was not even inform at the front desk that this was the case. it was not until I went to park after checking in I saw the signs. The hotel is in need of a reno. I stayed in room 220, the furniture were old, the tub in the bathroom had a big rust spot in the middle of it. The hotel were never clean it looks like. I saw some fries on the carpet beside my room door the whole time of my visit. No clean the outside passage way it look like. Also the water fall was just too loud in the Atrium

Summary: Food was expensive and seemed pre made. Chef micro-wave was evident with the high prices. Dirty dishes on the ground outside my door when I arrived to the room. You can only use the pool for an hour and must reserve it first. Sketchy people in the parking lot checking out the cars. Hot tub closed but not advertised beforehand that it is no longer available. I haven’t been there in over 5 years definitely has gone down in quality. Charging for parking also screams of desperation in creating revenue.

Summary: The hotel stay was great. However, quite high price for parking. The prices in the restaurant (Bisteca) were also very steep (service was good but the prices of the meals was ridiculous). The pool was clean, they provide towels, but I think they forgot to warm the water. It was freezing!

Summary: Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location. My original room smelt like complete smoke where I had to ask for a new room. Staff was friendly and willing to help. However, the rooms need work done and the hotel itself is nothing special. This hotel is definitely very family oriented so expect more noise. I wanted to go into the pool but after seeing how things were throughout the hotel I was turned off. Surprised it was considered a “Hilton” hotel. Expect to pay for parking here as well.

Summary: Overall, average stay. Being right off interstate very convenient. Room was dated and showing years of use. The room had moldy smell from bar sink. Tub slip liner coming up and stuck to feet when getting out of shower. Room needs a good deep cleaning and renovation. Wall outlet hanging out of wall preventing tv from working. Breakfast was good but very busy. Surprised to be charged for parking given the hotel set up of the lot. All staff was very friendly and courteous.

Summary: The staff at the front desk was very friendly! But the room was a disgrace! An upholstered chair as soon as you walked in was torn ! The bedroom had a sheer white drape was torn & dirty and the dresser had missing knobs! What a shame… They moved me to another room. That was a bit better it’s too much to say what was wrong with that room! I’m shocked Hilton put their stamp on Embassy Siute’s in Parsippany New Jersey

Summary: Stayed for 4 days, the frequent followup of embassy suites was a really good feature where i dont have to call reception , just message and things are done. Thats such a simple way. Although there were some hiccups during our stay but they made sure everything was good.
