Negative: The lady at the desk checking us in had not received the booking and left us standing there for 45 minutes even though I had the conformation email and did not know what to do and was rude. The room smelled musty as well

Positive: I like the timing of the breakfast or breakfast hours. It was wonderful to have different types of items to choose from. I like how there were plenty of towers and bath cloths to use. I just wish that there were larger bars of soap
Negative: The breakfast was okay, not having coffee creamers that were flavored was a boomer. No lids for hot coffee. it was 10:19 and they were closing the doors. Closing time was schedule as 10:30. There are NO computers or a business center. We had to leave early because we had No way to complete our Project. SAD

Negative: There were some issues with the shower (did not turn off completely and resulted in a wet floor) The a/c and heat had some issues, uncertain why a/c was functioning as heat and heat functioning as the a/c. No creamer to be found for my coffee :(

Negative: The tub was clogged, and it took more than 1 hour to fix. When we were told it was fixed and took a shower, it still was not fixed.

Positive: The space was excellent. Wonderful to have an extra room off the bedroom for the kids to hang and sleep. The hotel grounds were very pretty and had an atrium with a dining area that was very impressive. The included breakfast was an additional perk.
Negative: For a room with a pull out sofa, sheets weren't available in the room. Also, only 3 towels and 1 wash cloth originally. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest with hair found on a towel. Upon opening the fridge, we found food left behind from the previous occupants.
