Summary: Dinner was a joke 1server for the whole restaurant all food came out same time no silverware couldn’t get a drink food was good but we didn’t have a chance to eat our apitizer no one to help with our luggage and no towels at the pool

Summary: Excellent. Beautiful Hotel. Beautiful rooms, and bathrooms. Very spacious and comfortable. Great free breakfast. Very fresh. Hotel restaurant and bar plus the friendly staff was A++. Excellent location and views. if there was only one small complaint, the elevators were really slow, beyond that, it's an A+ hotel.

Summary: I was there on business, and doing property search for relocation. The hotel was nice and smelled clean, the only problem is dogs were everywhere, did not appreciate them in the breakfast area/ dining room. The dog in the room eith next to me or very close barked a lot causing me too loose sleep I went to the desk and tried to chrck out at 7pm, was told I could not and would lose my day because it was pre-paid. I told her I was leaving and did. I went where some co-workers was staying over 2 hours away in Ocala Fl.

Absolutely amazing, with so many delicious options. But what really stood out was the staff—everyone was so warm and welcoming, making the stay even more special. And the pool… *wow*! Hands down one of the best I’ve experienced—perfect for relaxing under the Florida sun. I’ll 100% be recommending this place to friends and will definitely book here again on my next trip. A total gem!

Summary: Nice property in a central location to be Downtown and also get to Longboat or Siesta easily. Self parking was definitely a plus for plans that require flexibility. Free breakfast was an added benefit. The hotel gets a lot of traffic but staff is constantly working to clean. The pool looks great in photos but is small, gets crowded and is shaded most of the day.
