Positive: Breakfast was excellent . Great Choices I like the cleanliness and the location was convenient
Negative: For outside areas to be cleaned and picked up a lil more. Unfortunately people eat and drink out there and leave dishes and cups . Which is not presentable to such a nice place. It gives and impression that it may not be a clean place which I know it is. It’s just unpresentable as you first approach. But I’ve stayed there 3 times in the past few months and I have experienced nothing but the best. I recommend this location.
Summary: My stay at Embassy Suites was great! I recommend this location.

Positive: Complimentary snacks in our premium rooms. Breakfast. Checkin staff was a pleasure to deal with. They were accommodating. I loved my stay. The complimentary drinks were nice too
Negative: Side door exit, carpet smells like mildew

Negative: Very dirty all over. In rooms, in the elevators, in the lobby. Kinda disgustingly dirty too. Puke on carpets. Rust and stuff that resembles mold in the bathroom. Lime buildup on shower head. Windows so dirty you couldn’t see out of them. Lastly, they shut the breakfast down 20 to 30 mins earlier than the time frame which was terribly annoying and inconvenient
Summary: I loved embassy suites until i stayed at this location. Too visually dirty to feel comfortable

Negative: I order a top shelf tequila, because I have bad reactions to cheap liquor, so it’s worth it to pay more. But they obviously place super cheap liquor in top shelf tequila bottles. I had one drink That I paid for and was sick and still hung over by next day. I will never do this again. I stay in all sorts of hotels for business and this was the only time this has happened to me. So my trust is gone with embassy suites in this regard.
