Summary: The staff was very helpful upon arrival. We found the room to be very clean, up to date and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very good with plenty of options for everyone to choose from and checkout was quick and simple.

Summary: We had to pay for parking but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and inviting. We slept very well and ate a wonderful breakfast the next morning. It was the best stay we've ever had at a hotel.

Summary: Hotel is beautiful! Upon arrival, staff was very friendly and throughout our stay. We enjoyed our breakfast very much! Delicious omelettes made to order per our choosing.

Summary: There's an indoor koi pond and waterfall, which is nice except they make the entire indoor space feel very humid. We had to lower the AC to 67 just to get rid of humid feeling and actually sleep (which we didn't figure out until day 2)

Summary: The breakfast did not have the quantity to accommodate the amount of guests. Several items ran out and could not be restocked. Omelets were made to order but the ingredients weren't available. The juices were watered down. The glasses were dirty. There was a shortage of plates and utensils.
