Summary: The place is dated and almost desolate. No lunch options. Building is old and under construction. No real ambiance to the place. Not welcoming. Better off at a different hotel.

Summary: Reception OK but complimentary drink coupon had already expired (time available) when I checked in. Elevator cars worn and dirty. Television in suite not working; bedroom tv worked. Cannot plug in phone and laptop at desk. Poor functioning AC unit so noisy the choice was to be cool or be quiet. Could not do both. This was first Birmingham visit for what will be a 6-month project requiring frequent visits. I will find accomodations elsewhere.

Summary: Renovation was going on The staff we’re amazing For $300 a night the standard & quality was low Daniel at the front desk was terrific and the young lady that checked us in too I forgot her name The Restaurant was amazing Ashley our server was Superb Overall our experience with the staff was fantastic The Hotel and the rooms are outdated and need lots of TLC. We would like to free stay on a better room

Summary: The room was in the middle of construction area. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The handles both turned 360 degrees numerical times before water came out. The wet bar drain was not even connected. When water was turned on, it came out in cabinet. The pipe was not attached. It was very late when these things were discovered and we choose not to report until we checked out the next day.. Did not want people working in room so late at night. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Summary: The laid with the long eye lashes, piercing in her noes and super long fingernails was very professional and checked me in quickly. She also apologize for the construction that was taking place offered me passes for free drinks and a ticket for omelette bar. Overall she was great
