Summary: All was good except I had reserved a two bed and I was given a a one king size bed. I was told that I booked through third party and it being the weekend of the George Strait concert the people that booked through them were the ones getting accommodated first and I had booked it months before the concert.

Summary: The room was extremely cold. Maintenance was called & came out a couple of times. The attempts to fix were unsuccessful. My mom & dad are both elderly & they were extremely uncomfortable. We had family staying there in another room & they had the same problem.

Summary: Although this hotel has been around for about 45+ years it is VERY well maintained. They are just starting renovations but overall it was a great stay. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean, breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. Check in was easy and parking was ample. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: It’s a beautiful hotel filled with plants. Breakfast was well organized and delicious. The room we stayed in needed some maintenance as the hotel was in the process of remodeling. Our a/c did not work well. We checked in around 6:00 and our room was at 80’. The room never did cool off. We were exhausted and decided to tough it out. When I called the front desk the next morning to tell them the room needed maintenance, he was dismissive and didn’t even ask what needed fixing. I told him that our room stayed warm and that the a/c was not working…he told me that they would have sent a maintenance man last night to fix the problem if we called then. Not the answer I was looking for.

Summary: Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean but there were 20 kids in the pool unattended and staff was unresponsive to the complaint so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool.
