Summary: We enjoyed our third stay here. The staff is amazingly helpful and nice. ( especially Jenna in the breakfast section and Joy at the Nines Bar. They couldn’t have been nicer and they both made our stay greater than it could have been).

Summary: Great stay! The room was great. We did have difficulties with one TV and they swnt someone up right away and fixed the issue. They had an evening reception where we received complimentary drinks and bar snacks. Breakfast was wonderful, better than your adverage included breakfast. Great location, right on venue and within walking distance of food options.

Summary: The lady at the front desk went out of her way to be rude to my 14 year old daughter. My daughter and her friend went do to ask for blankets after waiting OVER 40 minutes for them to bring them up. When they went downstairs to ask if we could get them the lady told them “there is already an extra blanket up there, go look.” When you work in the hospitality industry you need to be respectful to people. I thought my children to be respectful to ALL adults but those adults need to be respectful themselves as well. Definition of hospitality: Hospitality means receiving and entertaining guests in a way that makes them feel well taken care of. It leverages ambiance, service and products or amenities to provide guests with the best experience possible.

Summary: I like that is easily accessible and seemed safe. The staff were genuinely friendly-Michael, especially helpful and supportive. However, the water in my shower was cool-not even tepid.

Summary: Now charge $10 for parking. It’s so busy there that you can’t even park anywhere close to the hotel. There’s no security to keep all the kids from running around like mad chickens knocking on every door in the hotel till midnight. Every adult I talked to had put a complaint in but staff seem to not care and didn’t do anything about it. Will not recommend staying here anymore. It used to be great but it’s becoming a mad house! Leaving today on a Sunday there was some sort of Muslim convention going on and we couldn’t leave the parking lot for an hour and a half! Traffic in that area was completely disorderly!
