Positive: Overall the whole accommodation is visually appealing and looks nice. Our family slept well. TV, fridge, washer and dryer works. Friendly and helpful host.
Negative: We had issues with things that function. Shower was underwhelming, not enough spray power, and could not take a proper shower. Toilet seat slides and moves around. Bathroom faucet was not clean. Can hear footsteps and noise from upstairs. Microwave does not cook evenly or spin/rotate. Hot water kettle was dirty and rusty. Pots and pans not very clean.
Summary: Mediocre stay. Visually appealing but, issues with semi-functional facilities

Positive: the location was great, there was ample parking, close proximaty to several useful businesses (groceries, take away, drug store). i really liked how spacious the property was. the island was a great place to hang around when we were at the property. great for eating, visiting, playing games. would recommend bringing slippers.
Negative: the parking wasn't well defined, were we supposed to park in front or behind the owners car? the property was clean-ish. you could tell the most of the space was swept and wiped but there was hair behind the bathroom door, i had to clean the mirror before i could see in it. there was toothpaste spatters on the bathroom taps. there were bits of fluff and debris on the rug in the space, there was no dish cloth but an old sponge. and i had to buy toilet paper while we were there as we were left with about a half roll for 2 guests during a 2 day stay.
Summary: would totally stay here again! highly recommend.

Positive: A good spacious and modern apartment with big fridge and cooking facilities
Negative: The noise from upstairs was constant,Day and night pounding on the ceiling.I think this is an unacceptable amount of noise.
Summary: It’s a good apartment in a good location and just need the noise above the apartment sorting out to be great
