Positive: Nice location across street to beach, walkable area for groceries, pharmacy, and fast food. Quiet location, more local area away from noise. Adults only resort, not family vacation resort with teenagers or kids.
Negative: Limited access to pool and workout room at resort for owners versus (renters) visitors. Rules and rental contracts make guests feel very restricted and concerned about kids making noises just having fun while on vacation.
Summary: Vacation rental location is not made for young kids or teenagers. Best suited for adults only.

Positive: Comfortable temperpedic mattress to sleep on, everything was nice in the apartment with basics for cooking such as oil salt and pepper etc. facilities and building were great, we loved the upscale pool and views. Secure and well maintained

Positive: Property was nice. Great view and room was decorative
Negative: Door lock was difficult to figure out. Perhaps owner can give clear instructions in the future. That was not and issue for me but the only one thing I didn’t like was the the comforter on the bed with its pillow covers were very dirty and stained. It looks like the comforter hasn’t been washed in a long time
