Positive: Very clean and comfortable . Almost felt like home!

Negative: I wish they would leave some non perishables from guest like coffee pods, creamer pods ect… I’ve stayed in a few places where there were cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and maybe some coffee . It’s an honor system with guest use some, leave some. It’s nice to check in and have those few things handy.

Summary: It was wonderful. We absolutely loved the house. We will be back.

Negative: Some of the appliances like the toaster was messed up and did not have a can opener. We had to go purchase one. The dryer didn’t work right it took forever to dry out clothes.

Negative: The tv in the top front bedroom didn’t have a newer tv so it wouldn’t connect to WiFi. Me and my husband couldn’t sleep bc of it. It was so quiet.

Positive: Everything! I loved how the layout of the house accommodated the entire family. The pool and boardwalk were great! The location was great!

Negative: This has nothing to do with the property, but the only negative about our entire stay…….the lady who resides in the house next door. I was told she owned her house. She was rude. There were construction men repairing the boardwalk and she was awful to them. Refused to let them plug their power tools in her outlets…..unloaded scraps of wood from a trash bin on her property and threw them on the ground. Micromanaged everything they did. My 5 year old granddaughter was holding on to the handrail at the pool entrance and she told her not to that she had just paid $1000.00 to have it repaired. The construction crew were respectful and actually we totally enjoyed them. They did a great job despite the grumpy lady.

Summary: It was fabulous. Everything we were hoping for. The house was perfect!! All my family agreed we would rent again next
