Positive: The home was very nice .The location was wonderful , because everything that you may have needed was easy access and didn't have to travel far to get what you needed.The Beach was just on the next street. A Lot of things to do with your family was in short distance.
Negative: There were just a couple of things that needed to be improved before doing another reservation. In the master bedroom the tub needs a stopper, in the bedroom were the bunk beds are need to make sure the TV works appropriately,and the cleaner service needs to make sure the bathrooms are cleaned properly. Other than that the stay was good.

Positive: It was a great location. It's great to be beside the pool,kids loved that. Home was very spacious, and there was plenty of room for family to enjoy and relax. It was great to be able to catch a ride closer to the beach, it was a good walk without it.
Negative: It wasn't very clean. Pull out mattress is terrible. The railing on the balcony could be replaced, a safety concern with kids.

Positive: The beds were comfy. It was close to the pool. The beach was within east walking distance. There was a golf cart shuttle. The balcony and front porch were great for relaxing. The home was well stocked. The pictures on the website were accurate and the previous reviews were quite helpful. It had easy code access. The price was acceptable.
Negative: Upstairs bedrooms offered little privacy. Would have been nice to have some sort of swifter sweeper. The floors got so dirty and sandy. There were only 2 forks not enough for 10 people.
Summary: Great place to stay with some minor improvements such as sweeper and forks.
