Summary: The property manager maintained regular communication with me prior to my arrival, ensuring that she would be present to greet us upon our arrival and provide a briefing on the security system. The house was impeccably clean, meticulously maintained, and tastefully decorated. All the appliances functioned flawlessly, instilling a sense of confidence and security throughout our stay. The presence of a convenient gas grill facilitated an enjoyable impromptu barbecue. However, the true gem of the property was the breathtaking pool, offering a mesmerizing view of Bacolet Bay and its surroundings. Additionally, we were provided with our own secure private parking space within the premises.

Summary: Property manager was very nice and helpful. The infinity pool is great and there was a grill. Plenty of towels, pool chairs, and ice machine works well. Kitchen has lots of knives and Tupperware etc. we loved it and felt safe with the alarm system and double locking doors.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Quiet with a beautiful view. Beautiful villa and very comfortable. The wood finishing needs some loving and care. Will surely recommend this place anytime.

Summary: This place is amazing with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. The house is very clean and comfortable and provide more than enough space for a large gathering. It have everything you could possible need for a great vacation including pots/pans, dishes and silverware. It could use some repairs. Several windows glass are broken and just about all the bedroom doors are a challenge to close. The tub in the master bedroom is broken and unavailable for use and the master bedroom do not have a clothes closet. Sophia was a pleasure to deal with and reply to questions in a timely manner. Maria, the house agent is a hit and miss. I saw her the first and last day of my stay and she was OK day one and totally unprofessional on the last day.

Summary: Our group had a wonderful time at this super Villa. Booking was very easy with Sophia answering all our questions however trivial. Maria met us at the airport to guide us to the villa which we were very grateful for after travelling from the UK. The Villa was spotless with a Nichelle doing a great job. Villa Emoyeni was even better (and bigger) than the photo's on the web site. We were very pleased we choose this Villa for our Holiday. Thank you all.

Summary: The villa......Fabulous!!! Great location, a couple of mins out of Scarborough but quiet and on the coast a lovely retreat. Clean and fully equipped with the basics. Michelle and Maria (housekeeper and property manager 5 stars). Would highly recommend...Sophia was the only person we dealt with for booking all the way through , no mix up , no hassle...straight forward and trustworthy. Recommendations; The Fish Pot restaurant, The Seahorse restaurant, Gemma's Tree house restaurant...The cocoa plantation..Argyle waterfall. Our only sad and horrible experience was a coastal tour that never took place, with Frankie's Tours..... STAY AWAY... from any boat that bears this name. Will be back to this villa always from now on!

Summary: I booked this villa for a group of 5 family members who were attending a wedding at the Ohana Villa, just a 7 minute walk down the road (trust me I know, I completed that walk several times a day). While many of the wedding guests chose to stay in a nearby hotel, I successfully convinced some of my relatives to rent Emoyeni Villa. WINNING! The communication with Sophia was easy as she replied within 24-48hours. She didn't seem annoyed or bothered by all my questions and double & triple checking either through email or phone call. Maria greeted us and checked us out of the villa. She was very helpful as we had issues contacting our driver from our phones. Just a simple WhatsApp message and Maria was right on it. In fact I felt bad for contacting her late the night of our arrival because my mother successfully locked herself out of her bedroom balcony, as well as, locked the bedroom door. The villa was clean and spacious. The pictures really do it no justice. In fact the couple getting married were surprised of how nice it was and said they should of booked it for their wedding venue lol. I definitely recommend this villa and plan to return, except this time for a longer stay.
