Negative: We recently stayed at this hotel, which advertises itself as a 5-star property, but unfortunately, it fell well short of expectations. The first major disappointment was the bed — it was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. For a hotel of this supposed standard, this was surprising . Additionally, we were unpleasantly surprised to find charges for bottled water and even a small coffee bag in the room. At a true 5-star hotel, these basic amenities are usually complimentary, and there was no clear indication that they would incur extra fees.

Negative: I think that at least one bottle of water should have been supplied in the room of a 5Star hotel instead of charging 2000 Argentian Pesco for a bottle. Also there was only coffee in the room when I asked for a tea bag and some milk I was told to order it on room service. This should also be supplied in a 5 star hotel.

Positive: Excellent, well located and very modern with a lot of facilities. The hotel buffet breakfast was excellent. Nice relaxing enclosed garden for quiet drinks and relaxing. The food in the bar as well as the service was excellent. Beautiful indoor pool area and well equipped gym.
Negative: Ask for a room on the side or the back as the rooms at the front are quite noisy from early in the morning with a 6 lane road passing in front of the hotel.
Summary: Good safe location being a short walk away from the centre but away from the hustle and bustle!
