Positive: Location is just around the corner from Göreme centre so easy access to anything you need. Breakfast was simple but copious and filling. The owner was super responsive and friendly. She even packed a small bag the day I left since my shuttle was leaving before the official time. It's pretty decent value for money when you consider accommodation prices in the town
Negative: Ventilation in the bathroom was poor and it remained humid for a long time after showers. There also seemed to be a plumbing issue, as the toilet had a funny smell (it might be a local issue as I noticed it in many places in Capadoccia). No turndown service. For a short stay it's ok but would be useful to let guests know the rooms won't be cleaned daily. Rooms are not very soundproof - can hear corridor noise clearly.
Summary: Nice simple stay in the heart of Göreme

Positive: The location is excellent very convenient and easy to get around. You can see the balloons from terrace. I especially want to highlight the lady at the reception, who was extremely nice, polite, and professional. I had an issue with my flight, and she was very patient, stayed in touch with me by chat, and even arranged the shuttle bus from the airport to the house. Her kindness and professionalism really made my stay much easier and more pleasant. Highly recommended!
Negative: On the other hand, I had a less positive experience with the man at the reception. When I asked about booking a tour and tried to negotiate, his behavior was rude and he did not seem to have good communication skills, which was disappointing. In terms of facilities, there is no air condition, only a fan, and the bed was not very comfortable. And it can get noisy when people are in the hall.
Summary: Good for solo traveler
