This immaculate condo sleeps 6 and offers an excellent location to make lasting memories! Whether you prefer playing in the sand at the beach or sun tanning at the pool, this destination has it all. We highly recommend planning to watch the sunset from the hot tub after a long day of hiking, skiing or skating. Go ahead & plan your day knowing youโ€™re only steps from the beach, pool, gym, hot tub & a short walk to downtown Invermere's best shops & dining.

Living Area:
The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to unwind. The sofa also turns into a queen-sized pull-out in case you need additional sleeping space. There is a 50" Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ that you can log into or watch your favourite shows or sports on our cable package!
Bedrooms
Each bedroom is decorated with an easygoing theme. Every detail has been curated to ensure that our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Spacious room with a Queen-size bed completed with premium linens + pillows. Its own En-Suite, and walk-through closet. Finished off with a 42" Smart TV and premium cable package. Spend a little extra time in bed watching your favourite movies.
Bedroom 2:
Well-sized room with 2 single beds for that extra flexibility for sleeping arrangments.
When youโ€™re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed. Go ahead, cook your favourite dish or try something new in the kitchen, it has everything you need to get the job done with ease. It also features a sit-up breakfast bar with seating for two where you can serve easy meals & snacks to get the kids fed and out the door where adventure awaits.

However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.

The Farmerโ€™s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our townโ€™s local market.
Panorama Ski Hill: The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Summary: Very good apartment for a family. Nice master bedroom and en suite bathroom, nice 2nd bedroom ( 2 separate single beds) with adjacent full bathroom. Good livingroom and kitchen space. Full kitchen, well provided, washer and dryer, good air conditioning system, good parking, very nice on-site outdoor pool and hot tubs. Everthing for an outdoor picnic or a light hike was available, hiking poles, foldable chairs, cart to carry all equipmnent. Very good stay overall. We'll come again

Summary: We were 4 seniors having a getaway and we had a great time at this comfortable property! It was great having the wagon to help us carry things up. Everything was clean and we appreciated the condiments and coffee. We used the pool and hot tub and had lots of nice walks down by the lake.

Summary: Cleaned, newer bed all kinds off added extra ie. Laundry soap, bandaids, soaps, shampoos, dog treats, condiments, coffee, sugar, salt n pepper, coffee creamer. Games in room. A wagon for bringing up luggage. We were impressed with all the thoughtful things left for guests if i forgot to mention them all.
