3 Bedroom House in Westside, Albuquerque

Fantasic views, and great family space in a newly constructed home! This home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stays. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. The home features one master bedroom with a king bed, 55" smart television, connected bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Two other bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with light blcoking shades and plenty of closet and storage space available. This home does have two living room areas, one downstairs at the entry which and one upstairs in a loft-like setting. The upstairs living room area does offer a pullout couch and 55" smart telvision and opens to a deck with fantastic views of our Sandia Mountains. The main bathroom has a shower and plenty of counter space. There are plenty of extra blankets and towels provided. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Our home does have a private entrance, a two-car garage, two-care driveway as well as on-street parking available.
We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.
This neighborhood is bike friendly and walkable. There are also bus stops within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area.
We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.
You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Summary: This is a very cute house in a nice neighborhood with a a cute little park down the street and a dog park a 4 min drive away. Tons of restaurants within delivery range.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay. This is our second time staying at this beautiful, clean, and comfortable home. This house is located in a very nice neighborhood and we would definitely stay again. The host was very accommodating and was very responsive.

Summary: This house is in a great location and very roomy. The house does allow pets, and unfortunately, the carpet has suffered as a result. The carpet clearly needs to be replaced as it is very worn and stained all over. I recommend tile if the owners are going to continue to allow pets. The upstairs sitting area was very cozy and where we spent most of our time. The downstairs living was a little cavernous for just the two of us, but if you have a larger group, it would work well. The rest of the property was very clean, just the carpet that needs attention.

Summary: The home was very nice, carpet probably should be replaced, the pictures show a little grass in the back, but it was all dead and debris on the patio. We enjoyed our three nights at the property.

Summary: Wonderful quiet & safe neighborhood - walkable with nice views. Separate climate zone for upstairs bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, nice bath products, garage access, etc. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Absolutely loved the house. It fit everyone perfect with plenty of space. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living room area were clean when we got there and overall well taken care of. Lighting is a bit dull and its a bit far out from its nearest restaurant/gas station. Also have to mention that the location is very close by a few nice hikes. We enjoyed our stay in ABQ.
