Enchanted Hill is a lovely Finger lakes home with a hot tub, large yard, pond, and gracious outdoor and indoor spaces. The house sits on a hill and overlooks the valley beside Keuka Lake. You'll absolutely love your views of the sunrise and sunset from the outdoor areas at this home or seen through the large floor to celing windows in the Living spaces inside.
Driving in the paved driveway, there is parking available for 3 cars. You'll enter the home from the porch connecting the driveway to the front door, walking in to the entry area. A half bath is located just inside the front door as well as a laundry area.
The Kitchen has many prep areas, along with a gas stove built into the kitchen island. Your guests will be able to sit up to the island while you cook and the kitchen is fully stocked with the cookware you will need to make a memorable meal. The dining area is part of the kitchen and the dining table seats 8. You can view the valley below through the large dining room windows. If you prefer grilling, there is a great outdoor kitchen area accessible through the kitchen patio door. The outdoor kitchen also has a sit-up bar area, and the deck has an outdoor dining area, gas firepit with comfortable seating, and of course the hot tub. We feel certain you'll spend most of your time out here, enjoying the outdoor living space and the view of the pond and the valley below.
The Living room has massive windows and a cathedral ceiling. The views from the living room are well worth savoring. Just off of the Living room you'll find the office/man cave/family room with the large tv/tv cabinet, desk for working remotely, and comfortable leather furniture.
Ascending the stairs from the living room to the loft above, you'll enter the Master suite area. The Master Suite has a King size bed and is open to the main living room below with glass railing so that the view through the living room windows can be enjoyed from the bedroom (if you are looking for a private master bedroom space, this may not be suitable for you but it is really lovely to awaken and look through the glass railing and out the living room windows, to the valley below). There is a large attached suite bath with a soaking tub, double sink, large walk in shower, and separate toilet room.
On the lower level of the home you will find 2 more Suites. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have King beds, windows facing over the front yard, and attached suite bathrooms with tub/showers.
The Lower level also has a game room/lounge area with a sleeper sofa, where you'll be able to sleep 2 persons. The lounge has patio doors that walk out onto the lower level patio area and out into the beautiful yard beyond.
If you're looking for that relaxing rural getaway that is still close to wineries, parks, the lake, and town...you'll find it at Enchanted Hill. There are several wineries located just around the corner and the Village of Penn Yan is only about a 5 minute drive away as well as access to Keuka Lake.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Enchanted Hill. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and very well appointed. The kitchen, outdoor deck, and view were our favorite parts. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked very well for the six of us. There were two comfortable rooms to sit or watch TV, and the large kitchen was very convenient. The house is in a private setting with much property, and sitting on the deck or in the hot tub was a joy. Communication with Linger Hospitality was timely and very easy.

Summary: Great house, and the views were spectacular. Relative ly probate as well with neighbors fairly far away across the street. The griddle in the outdoor kitchen didn’t work, and the pond has definitely seen better days. But overall the pictures are accurate. Kitchen was quite big and that made cooking a breeze. All in all, would say here again.

Summary: “Enchanted Hill“, was selected based on past reviews and location to the vast wineries located in the Finger Lakes. This was our third trip to the area, and this house did not disappoint. Beautiful home located on top of a hill with breathtaking views, the phots of the home don’t lie. Three large bedroom suites, which were very comfortable. Home is well maintained and well stocked. Hot tub located on the very large back deck along with a gas fire pit which we used every night. Linger Hospitality who maintains and services this home was outstanding. Had a small issue with the house temperature and a technician was sent over within an hour to resolve the issue. Highly recommended this for your next trip to the Finger Lakes.

Summary: Stayed in the house with my kids ranging from 2-15. Spacious and clean. Finger lakes is beautiful. Huge spacious yard and with fire pit and pond. Idyllic landscaping and the views of the lake are breathtaking. Strongly recommend and I would book again!

Summary: We stayed in this great home with our adult children for a week. The house itself is very comfortable and well located. We especially loved the fabulous view of the river valley out the back windows and from the back deck and hot tub. We had a few minor issues during the week, and the host company was very responsive in getting things taken care of quickly. We would definitely recommend this house.

Summary: This house worked very well for three couples, giving us private rooms and baths, as well as comfortable shared spaces. The kitchen had full amenities for our meals. We did have problems initially with the AC and the outdoor grill, but the management company responded promptly and made necessary adjustments. Highly recommend this property.
