This 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin sits on 3.67 acres with an incredible mountain view and is super PRIVATE inside the gated community of Heards Ridge! Offering bedrooms on each level with a view and a full bath, upstairs owners suite w/ private balcony overlooking the wide open view, open floor plan from kitchen to great room w/ stone fireplace, finished terrace level w/ game room and add'l living area w/ stone fireplace & gas logs along with a large flat screen tv, upper and lower driveways for parking for 3 vehicles maximum.
The cabin has wifi through Hughesnet satellite wifi so you won't be able to stream or play video games online. There is Directtv for your television reception. Cell phone reception isn't very good unless you wifi call. But you don't rent a cabin with this kind of view to spend your time on the phone! LOL

Summary: We really enjoyed the cabin. But it is not easy trying to maneuver on the steep roads leading up to the cabin. It was also frustrating that you cannot turn around in the driveway. But really peaceful and awesome views!

Summary: We had a wonderful time. The cabin is beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen had all utensils and cooking equipment to cook all of our meals. The hot tub was fabulous and very relaxing. Make sure you’ve got 4x4 to make it up the mountain. It’s a steep climb. We have AT&T and typically had 1-2 bars at all times. Our only complaint, and it’s very minor, was the shower heads in all bathrooms. They are very small and cheap. It wasn’t the greatest shower I’ve ever taken…did it get the job done-yes! Overall, this places is an excellent stay!! The views are breathtakingly beautiful!!! Thanks!

Summary: Book now! This cabin has spectacular views from every angle And floor of the cabin. Pictures do not do it justice. The set up was perfect, welcoming, and management is prompt in responding. We were looking to get off of the grid and this was just the right place. Please note when they say you need 4-wheel drive, they aren’t kidding, you need it to get on top of the mountain. Our Chevy Tahoe LTZ 4x4 in low gear handled it like a champ. The second drive way offers a turn around for you to 4 point turn into setting yourself up for pulling out forward to head back down the mountain. You’ll see and hear wild life all around you from the bottom to the top of the mountain. The bottom floor offers a suite setup for families, the middle floor offers for everyone to come together, and the top floor is the master. Town is about 35 minutes away and you have to check out ACE and Blue Cayote Tavern for their cheese sticks! We enjoy hiking and Blue Ridge Outfitters owner/salesman were very hospitable and recommended the TurleTown Falls. It was an incredible 5 miles hike that offered 2 waterfalls, take your GPS though because trails do disappear. We loved it so much we tried to book another night, but guests were scheduled to come in. We hope to revisit in the future!
