Relax and enjoy the beautiful river, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, large wrap around porch and decks plus water features. The home is charming, romantic and cozy, yet roomy enough for the family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The home is in a quiet neighborhood set right on the river. Across the river is Intervale Golf Course. There is a large weeping willow right out front for extra privacy.

We have a traveling nurse that lives in the apartment above the garage. She keeps to herself and does not have use of the decks, porches or outdoor cooking area.

Summary: The house was amazing!! Anna was very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast items were a nice touch. Despite having a rainy weekend we were able to sit on the porch and enjoy the view of the Merrimack. Would definitely go again and recommend to others!

Summary: Save your valuable time and just rent this place now. This property and the city of Manchester both exceeded our expectations. We left refreshed and wishing we could stay. A few perks I don’t believe have been mentioned yet by prior reviewers: One of the bedrooms boasts a massage chair - amazing after our ski day. The MBR mattress is an adjustable split king (sleep number, maybe? manual in nightstand). The MBR balcony’s lovely view of the river can be enjoyed from a rocking chair up there. My teens were thrilled with the jetted jacuzzi in the downstairs bathroom after a long hike at Bear Brook State Park (recommend Cascade trail there). The dining room has a floor-to-ceiling window that lets in the most gorgeous light. Flameless candles all around made for cozy evenings. A fire in the fire pit, plus the outdoor kitchen’s cafe lights and fairy lights in the gazebo made for great ambience after a long day touring Boston. If it was warmer, we would have enjoyed the outdoor dining table on the dock. Repeating a few points from others’ reviews:I asked about fire pit; Anna had s’mores ingredients waiting for us. We didn’t use the kayaks due to weather, but when I inquired about them, Anna had lifejackets and waivers waiting for us. Every kitchen item you could want.Our delayed flight landed so late on the night of our arrival that we were too late to pick up our scheduled grocery order at the local store. Anna to the rescue with fixings for a beautiful breakfast!

Summary: This house is better than being home!! More relaxing, better decor, and the views of the river are amazing. The owners have thought of everything! It even has a massage chair and comfy blankets everywhere. They provided plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner, coffee snacks and condiments. We had the best time and we will definitely come back to stay here. Best VRBO I have ever rented!!

Summary: Our visit was short but absolutely wonderful. Our host had thought of everything - coffee, tea, pancake mix, eggs, and a ton of other goodies that made us feel absolutely spoiled. We spent every moment possible enjoying the porch and overlooking the river. Bedding, furniture, and amenities were all incredible. We all wished we could have stayed much longer and would book again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in the area.

Summary: Beyond what we could have imagined. Pictures don't do this property justice. If i lived in the New England area i would stay here multiple times a year. The property owners thought of everything possible for anyone staying here. It is literally a fully furnished house. Location is on a nice quiet street but close to everything. Truely an incredible place.

Summary: YOU NEED TO RENT THIS PLACE! The house was completely stocked with everything we could need. The cleanliness and decor of the house was outstanding. There were stores within 5 miles if we needed to buy groceries and plenty of restaurants close by as well. There were many activities to choose from, but we really didn’t want to leave the house because it was so beautiful inside and out and it was much better to eat outside on the wrap around porch or deck, both of which overlooked the water. Anna’s hospitality could not have been better and here are just a couple of examples. She had asked us prior to our arrival if we would be using the outdoor fireplaces, and I told her we would be using one to make s’mores. When we arrived, Anna had a complete s’mores basket on the counter for us, including the skewers! Another was when I texted her to let her know that one of the kayaks had a leak. She promptly responded, indicating that she didn’t know how old the kayaks were since they were left by the previous owner, but she would stop by with a new one. Not only did she bring a new one-person kayak, but also brought a new two-person kayak as well. Anna responded promptly to all of our questions and requests and she made us feel like we were her only priority, making sure we had the most enjoyable time. We plan to rent again next year and have highly recommended it to family, friends and even my hairdresser. I not sure what else Anna could do but I’m sure she will think of something!

Summary: This was a perfect place to stay for a girls' weekend with my mother and cousins. Anna is a fabulous and responsive host, and the house is absolutely gorgeous! Well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, with so many thoughtful touches scattered throughout. We were in the area for a bridal shower but I would come back here just to spend a few days of pure relaxation in this idyllic setting. Cozy, charming, and positively delightful. Hope to be back someday!
