Summary: Houseboat was spotless, the location felt safe and the check in instructions were detailed and clear. Our family loved the convenience of the location, and what is better than being right on the water?! We were keeping it easy for the brief stay and ate all meals out, however, the houseboat appeared to have everything should you choose to prepare meals. There was notable odor when windows port-side were open and we weren’t sure if it was from the water or the docked boats. But we found opening just the harbor facing windows improved that. We had a weekend in Oct with 80 temps and what a perfect place on the rooftop deck to enjoy the sunset and taking in all of the harbor lights!I would stay here again and again!!

Summary: My husband, daughter and her fiancé came for the Hyrox competition at the convention center. It was amazing! The weather was perfect. We barely had down time but took advantage of every minute on top of the houseboat. Our last night was an extra treat with fireworks right outside! The host was awesome letting us check out about an hour later so my daughter could shower after the race. The only issue we had was the parking people were very sketchy. We arrived late and it was dark. Some guy gave us a parking stub that was a problem when we checked out. The guy said our ticket stub was “strange “ and wanted to charge us over 100 . I would definitely recommend looking into this issue. Other than that we highly recommend this unique experience

Summary: What a fun place to stay! We stayed with our two sons 10 and 13, it was great. We played cards on the deck overlooking the beautiful view, kids slept on the couch and that was fine with them. It was fun seeing the tide come in and out.

Summary: The boat was great! Location was amazing not only close to so many things to do, but also in the marina. Boat was very clean and decor all updated. BHW rentals was very responsive too. Highly recommend, would definitely stay there again!
