This mountain chalet sits tucked into a spacious lot. Downstairs is an open floor plan that is newly updated with a modern kitchen and living area that sports vaulted ceilings and a large flat screen for movie night. The large windows and doors out onto the deck make for a Summer breeze and lots of natural light. The open stairs lead up to the loft area and Master Bedroom. The loft has a fun foosball table as well as a Queen futon for additional and flexible sleeping options for your group. The Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom is equipped with a King bed, desk and work area and a wall mounted TV. The two guest bedrooms are on the first floor entry level, one with a Queen and the other with a Double/Twin bunk with a pull out twin trundle. There is an additional guest bath on the first floor.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.
Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Bi-Weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month.

Summary: Beautiful small home in the pines! The large deck was nice to sit out on and even enough space for corn-hole boards. We will be back in the winter. Plenty of parking for four cars and even able to get a trailer in.

Summary: This was not only a great Chalet with everything you need and more but a great neighborhood. Walking through the neighborhood was very relaxing. The location for us was perfect for travels to Sedona, Cottenwood, Clarksdale to the north of us and the Grand canyon, Williams, and flagstaff to the south to side of us. Perfect

Summary: Our family had a great weekend staying at this property. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The property management responded quickly with any questions we had. The kids loved all the games and we sat on the front porch most of the trip! We went up Sunday to Tuesday and most of the restaurants are closed those days so be sure to plan for meals!

Summary: Great cabin, great location and had A/C (a tough thing to find in a Munds Park rental). House was clean and for the most part well stocked (we ran out of the cleaning supplies, I’m sure they would have delivered more to the cabin but we picked some up when we were at the store). Master is located upstairs with its own bathroom and then 2 bedrooms are downstairs with another full bath. There were lots of games stocked for the kiddos too. We truly enjoyed our stay.
