Come enjoy a wonderful getaway in a superb chalet nestled in a beautiful wooded setting surrounded by mountains and overlooking the Rouge river! Less than 1h45 from Montréal, this chalet is perfect for a large/extended family or even a couple families to enjoy together. You can stay and enjoy the chalet, hiking the peaceful woods or canoeing or kayaking on the river, or venture out to golf, ski, or visit any of the many attractions in the greater Mont-Tremblant area!
In the summer you will enjoy hiking the numerous trails that span nearly 100 acres, watching waterfowl in the pond, or canoeing, kayaking, or fishing the Rouge river! Eat outside in the screened-in gazebo and enjoy cooking some marshmallows or s'mores in the outdoor fireplace. Take a picnic and enjoy swimming at the beautiful Lac à la Loutre less than five minutes from the chalet or one of the many other fantastic lakes in the region.
In winter, you will enjoy the gorgeous view from inside where it's warm and cozy with an electric fireplace or venture out for some winter hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or sledding. Relax and enjoy the satellite tv or bring your own DVDs or BluRay discs. Enjoy a day of skiing at Mont-Tremblant or Mont Blanc, both within half an hour drive.
There is plenty of space at the chalet for kids to run around as well as books, toys, and games to play with. A crib and high chair are available and there is also a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The layout is open and great for family time, but you may also enjoy some quiet time in the sun room or in the little window nook looking out toward the pond.

Summary: It’s a large property which accommodates 6 adults and 2 children without issue. Extremely well stocked for arrival. Great bbq, nice yard and gazebo. Felt safe and comfortable. TV had lots of choices for the children. Great kitchen. Con: Pictures shows a crib, but they now have a pack and play to use. Upstairs main bed is very noisy and couldn’t be used as it woke the children. Property is not air conditioned (no central or mini splits). Has a chiller in master bedroom, fans in other rooms.

Summary: This property is very large (both cabin and land), we had 8 people stay without being on top of each other. It is very secluded, quiet and clean. Everything you need is there, from cooking utensils, to linens, to cleaning supplies. The river is just across the street. Unfortunately, the water level was higher than normal, so we didnt have beach access, but there is a lovely beach about 10 minutes away. The property is about a 20 or so minute drive from Tremblant, so it's easy to get groceries. The resort isn't much farther, and there is lots to do there. Micheal, the owner, was very easy to reach. He was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend this property; great experience overall.

Summary: Had a great stay at this large chalet while visiting Tremblant in February. Chalet had all we needed, communication with owner was seamless. We had no need to contact him while there as we had no issues. Exactly as advertised. Half an hour from the ski hill. Very steep drive, well sanded and cleared.

Summary: This property was all it said and more. A beautiful chalet in a very quiet setting overlooking the river. Loads of room to relax and enjoy a winter break. We were very happy with the proximity to the ski hills. Very serene with extensive well marked hiking trails on the property. All amenities were provided and the chalet was well equipped for families. Michael was very accessible and responded to all inquiries very promptly. Would highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit in the future!

Summary: This place was great for a groups of friends or family. There are enough bedrooms well spaced out for privacy, with the wide open common area for everyone to converge. The property is excellent, with an outdoor fire pit and well marked trails that take you on a 45-minute walk through the woods.

Summary: We loved it all: every moment and every detail. Remote enough to enjoy beautiful nature. Not too far from Montreal: under 1h 45 min drive. Proximity to everything - tourist attractions, parks, lakes, convenience stores. Large territory available for comfortable walks. Clean, spacious, and well taken care of place. Polite and easy to contact owners. Highly recommend!

Summary: The chalet was clean and was very well equipped and in a beautiful and quiet setting with a large pond in the back. The weather was a mixed bag of rain and sun. Went to the beach 2 days (only 10 mins away). Thank you Michael !!

Summary: We stayed here for a little family getaway with some friends. This chalet has everything you could possible need and was well suited for 4 adults and 5 children with plenty of space for all of us. The property owner was very friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway.
