Summary: This home was spacious and clean. It was nice to have numerous bedrooms to accommodate 12 people. My only suggestion would be to have more queen size beds in the larger bedrooms.

Summary: The beds were comfortable. But bring some pans if you need to cook and silverware if you have 12 people. Also bring a game because there are two TVs but no remotes. The home is in decent condition but does need some love and attention to bring it back to beautiful. The home owner very responsive.

Summary: Bedrooms are good . Oven needs a good cleaning. The vent above the stove was very noisy. We were 12 people so the house was a good fit. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Summary: The location was good, nice quiet location. The house was spacious, enough room for our family with a nice area downstairs for the kids. Host was responsive when we needed extra garbage bags. ... This place definitely needs a thorough clean. The oven was filthy, I wiped out the drawer under the oven because we would be using the cookware that was stored there. The kitchen supplies need to be updated. Most of the bakeware are from the dollar store and there are not enough pans for a group of people. The light fixtures had bugs in them and the air return vents were so dirty they were black. The garbage bin outside was overflowing upon our arrival. There is no shade umbrella on the deck so we couldn't sit out there as it was a hot week. The yard is unkept. The kitchen table is small considering the house can sleep 12. You don't have to look too hard to see that the house was painted very poorly, paint drips on white baseboards, even some green painters tape left on window sill. And lots of areas where it wasn't masked off. We have rented other places and have always had a clean space. It took me a while to post my review because I am not a complainer but I felt this needs to be said. We did have a nice stay despite the condition of the house because our family was together.

Summary: Cleanliness of the house and yard was very poor - dust on the railing bases immediately visible on entry to the house; oven so dirty that when tried to use it, billowed black smoke; fridge freezer almost impossible to open and once open, bits of old dried ice cream on the base; kitchen sink plug doesn’t seal either sink so unable to wash dishes in a sink of water; dark long hairs found inside the sheets on 3 of the beds; showers were not clean; back yard full of unsightly knee-high weeds (property owner had them cut down while we were there); overflowing garbage can parked on the driveway in front of the house the entire time of our stay. Overall, a VERY POOR INITIAL impression on arrival to the property and the uncleanliness inside confirmed that poor first impression. This property needs to be THOROUGHLY CLEANED top to bottom!! I cannot recommend it to anyone in its present state. The space available in the house was great and would have so much more enjoyable if it had been clean.

Summary: We were there for a short stay for our sons wedding. This house was nice and spacious. It accommodated our big family. Parking for 3 cars. Good location.

Summary: The location was beautiful, quiet, and safe. The home was very clean and lots of space. The only problem was there wasn’t enough towels and toilet paper left out. Once we needed more towels we contacted the owner and they were at the house within an hour. Overall great place to stay!
