Summary: Overall excellent experience. From reserving to check-in to checkout and communications -- all very smooth. Apartment exactly as advertised and more: very well supplied including toiletries in the bathroom. Happy to recommend the apartment to others and reserve again when we come back to Caguas.

Summary: This was a great apartment for our family of four. It was very homey and comfortable and the AC in every room made August in Puerto Rico very doable. It became our home away from home. The half bath was a bonus! We'd be happy to stay there again!

Summary: Stayed in a beautiful modern home condo in Caguas, Puerto Rico hosted by the fabulous Pedro Diaz, rooms were fantastic for the price very modern with stunning location and in the center of the city. we were kindly told of the local amenities and where we could dine out, the host also Cooked us a very tasty full Irish breakfast. The place is spotless which is reassuring in these times and just a Very friendly homily environment in the heart of Puerto Rico Close by many amenities. If I ever visit again, this will be my place again. Can't wait for our next visit!

Summary: This apartment is exactly as pictured. It's clean, very comfortable and cozy. Pedro and his wife definitely made sure they thought of and provided everything you would need in a home minus groceries. It was better than staying at a hotel, however... the location was a bit unexpected to say the least. Finding the actual apartment was a headache at 4am. I ended up parking in a spot that was right outside of our building but it wasn't marked(parking spaces have the address painted on them)nor was it designated for guests, so I came out in the morning to a $150 parking ticket. Pedro provided all of the necessary info, I guess I overlooked it that time of morning. Overall, our stay was pleasant and I'd use it again now that I know how to get around a bit, versus the tourist areas. It's roughly 30 minutes from San Juan and the rainforest park. Pedro is very responsive and even suggested nice restaurant. I hope we are welcomed again for future visits. 😊
