It is walking distance to Detroit Fleet which is a trendy restaurant and a staple in Ferndale. This home is located near freeways and a short 13 minute drive to downtown Detroit.

Summary: The home on the inside is exactly as described. We were told there would be room for parking a boat in the garage but it was locked. We called but they never came to unlock it. Limited street parking only. Everything else was great.

Summary: Our charming classic 2BR Ferndale home had everything we needed for a relaxed extended family trip. Well-stocked kitchen, desks with usb chargers, tv with all streaming channels, laundry machines all in a very on trend laid back decor. The owners welcome pets, which is awesome! The immediate neighborhood is a quiet residential area near a grade school. You can walk to the cafes/shops of Ferndale in about 20 minutes on 9 Mile road. Be aware that it’s not too far from the heavy commercial strip on 8 Mile but that feels very remote when you get into the neighborhood. Hope to return to this cute home for our next Detroit trip. Thank you Lauren!

Summary: We used this Vrbo as a place to stay overnight after going out for my bachelorette party. It was the perfect place for the four of us, plus extra room on the couch in the living room. Hosts were very accommodating!
