INSIDE THE HOME
The Sand Castle Unit 2 is the upper unit: This adorable unit has everything you need with partial views of Lake Michigan from the upper viewing deck! The unit includes two bedrooms, a master with a King bed and the 2nd bedroom with a Queen, 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower combos. A full kitchen with an additional bar area, spacious dining room, and a cozy Living Area.
OUTSIDE
Just a quick walk down the quiet street and you will be on the spacious, beautiful, sandy Pere Marquette Beach! Everyone will enjoy swimming in the lake, walking the Pier, and catching a beautiful nightly sunset! Conveniently located within walking distance to the popular restaurants "The Deck" and "Dockers", both feature regular live music and large outdoor seating areas for great evening entertainment.
Parking: There is parking for 2 cars available on the street for Unit 2.

Summary: Great location for beach access. Very walkable! We enjoyed the deck. The photos are a good representation of the place. Only issue we had was a pan had the handle snap off while hot contents in it. And there is no way to light the grill. Electronic ignition does not work.

Summary: We stayed here a year ago and were extremely pleased. This year, not so much. Did the cleaning crew change? The hallway and kitchen floor was very sticky. We found dirty dishes and decided to wash everything so we could use them. We found dirty pot holders that needed a good washing. The owners should come take a good look around and make some improvements. They are needed.

Summary: I didn't expect it would really be this close to the beach. Our 4 year old walked the four minutes to the beach every day... Great location... House was good. It met our needs with no issue.. yes the kitchen was in an odd spot, but it works great, and we had no issue with there being a lower unit below us... Overall a really good experience

Summary: Great location! Loved the deck and rooftop deck to relax and enjoy the beach. It would be even better if the door on the master bath could close and lock. That was difficult when we would have to have friends lock the bedroom door to use the bathroom. The kitchen could use an overhead fan in the summer. It got quite warm in there. A/C units worked great in the bedrooms. Loved our stay!
