You can relax, you will check in a clean house, no clutter with all necessities. We also take care of the after stay cleaning and provide you with professionally cleaned & pressed bed linen and bath towels. A weekly cleaning, bed linen and bath towels turnover.
The local shops are only 5 mins away by foot from Les Galets: you will be able to buy fresh bread and go to market on Tuesdays.

Summary: Stella made us feel welcome and was very helpful and informative throughout the process. This is a great property in a great location in a remarkable small village. All the amenities are great, and there is even a very detailed guidebook illustrating the operations of nearly everything (which we found to be helpful). The two bathrooms are very nice and there are toilet rooms that are separate which we found to be convenient. The two “master bedrooms are good size with nice closets, each on separate floors. One of the best features is the private terrace. Thank you Stella!

Summary: The accommodations were beautiful and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The communications with the property manager and the owner was outstanding. Stella even got us a dinner reservation for the one star Michelin restaurant in Cucuron. Stella also provided us with a welcome package of wine, olive oil and pear juice. This is a very modern accommodation, great for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding area. We would highly recommend Les Galets to anyone staying in the Provence area.

Summary: I was at “Les Galetes” for one week in July with friends. It is a large, typical and beautiful stone building on three different levels, but inside full and modern equipped and with a spacious and comfortable terrace where you can have breakfast, dinner and relax. The house is in Cucuron, which is a beautiful and genuine village of the Luberon, not as touristic as others more famous villages in the region (e. g. Gordes or Roussillon) and so you can experience and enjoy the real life of a Provencal village. It is the ideal starting point to visit and explore (by car) the stunning region with its cities, villages and landscapes. We didn’t eat out at restaurants because we wanted to exploit and enjoy our kitchen and terrace, but at night after dinner we really appreciated tasting a “Pastis” in the central square of the village (l’Etang). Not far from the village there is al little lake with beach (Etang de la Bonde) where you can swim and relax after travelling throughout the region. Stella, the house-owner, was very friendly and professional and gave us all details and information about the house and the village. I highly recommend “Les Galetes” to people who like unconventional and authentic holidays.

Summary: Anyone wishing to experience the Luberon area and Provence as the locals do, cannot do any better than this beautiful home in Cuceron. The village is ancient and seems right out of a movie set. This is not a touristy destination at all, so if you stay here you are staying with locals. The home itself is magnificant. From the outside it is a large stone building, set on a perch above a small road, dating back hundreds of years. The inside, however is ultra-modern. This includes a state-of-the-art kitchen, phenomenal Zen-like bathrooms with fantastic showers, a large HDTV with full cable/satellite, beautiful decorations, comfy beds, and a great patio with couches and gas grill. Also, it is spotlessly clean. We rent from VRBO frequently, I can safely say that the owners of this house, Stella and Aymeric, are the best property managers that I have ever experienced. Every possible question you might have about the house and the area is laid out in a professional "instruction guide." They took the time to meet us at the house and to show us around. It was obvious that they take great pride in the house and in that area of France. They are enthusiastic about providing recommendations and guidance for things to do in the area. One fact that is very telling about how much they care about their guests, is that I happened to mention before we arrived that my daughter has food allergies and cannot drink regular milk or soy milk but could only drink rice milk. I asked if there were any supermarkets in the area. Stella gave me a list of several supermarkets with their addresses. However, because we were arriving on a Sunday in the late afternoon, all of the supermarkets were already closed. Stella thought of this ahead of time and went out and bought us some rice milk before we arrived so that my daughter would have something to drink. That is indicative of how much Stella and Aymeric care about their guests. If you one to visit this area of France, this is the place to stay.
