This newly renovated, cozy 2 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Southwest Lower Michigan, just 22 miles from beautiful Lake Michigan, 14 miles from Four Winds Casino, and 15 miles from Notre Dame, IN. Our location offers options for all styles. Being in the heart of Lower Michigan's wine and brew country provides many tour options. We can accommodate you with chauffeur options as well (needs to be arranged prior to stay). Only 3-4 miles from the 5 local recreational/medical dispensaries in town.
Spend the day catching some rays on the shores of Lake Michigan in the quaint towns of St. Joseph or New Buffalo. We'll supply the chair and cooler! Or maybe spend some time walking the lovely campus of Notre Dame and catch a game. ND tailgating is one of the favorite pastimes in the fall. Visit the famous Red Bud MX one of the largest motocross tracks in the Midwest located just 6 miles away. We even have room for multiple trailer parking! Maybe even try your luck at the three different Four Winds Casinos. All three casinos are close by! Whatever your get-a-way style is, this charming villa is in the heart of it all.

Summary: Only stayed one night but it was perfect for our needs. Had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. My daughter enjoyed the loft! Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Summary: We had a great time staying at this property! We stayed here the night of our wedding! Pat and Darell made our stay extra special with a congratulatory bottle of champagne in the fridge waiting for us! Summary: A great place to stay in Berrien County, especially in the Fall with the changing colors. The hosts were great to work with and this place served us well for our overnight trip for a Notre Dame Football Game...only 20 minutes away. When you walk in the door you are taken by the clean smell and the fashionable decor. Would definitely stay here again for a winery trip, etc.

Summary: This place was very clean and the process was easy. It is also within 20 minutes of several wineries. The hosts were very easy to work with. The only negatives we found were that the water had a sulfur smell and there aren’t any windows. However, the place was very comfortable and homey.

Summary: Darrel and Pat Williams' Villa outside of Buchanan, MI was prefect in every respect! The property was so clean and such a clever use of space! There was every amenity needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay! This would be a great place for anyone to rent that might be attending a Notre Dame event or as in my case, an adventure along Lake Michigan's shoreline. It was easy to find (even in the dark!)....as it is right on Route 12. There is a local party / liquor / sub store right nearby where you might find anything you may have forgotten for your trip! Best of all, the price was fantastic. Buchanan and Three Oaks, nearby, are wonderful examples of small town Michgian...and Buchanan has a McDonalds just in case you miss a fast food coffee or breakfast! I just can't say enough positive about my experience! Great place to stay!

Summary: Our daughter stayed here over the summer for an extended stay. What a wonderful property and hosts! The property is very well appointed with all the amenities and comforts a person needs to make this his or her home away from home! Even better were the kind and gracious hosts that care for the property and its guests. They could not have been more caring or accommodating during our daughter's stay in Michigan, and we are forever grateful for a wonderful place, location, and hosts that helped make her summer away from home a wonderful one!
