Car Required and there is plenty of room in the driveway to fit several cars. Can also park a vehicle in front of the house.
Base price is for 2 guests. We do charge an ADDITIONAL $15 PER GUEST AFTER DOUBLE OCCUPANCY so please enter the correct number of guests when booking for accurate pricing.
Pet Policy: Please note we have a 1 pet max and charge a $25 pet fee. Exceptions can apply for an additional fee upon request. No cats.

Summary: The house was clean and welcoming. The listing said it had 5 twin beds in the living room, that is untrue. They have a pull out couch. The kitchen was well appointed except for a sharp knife. The two knives available were painfully dull, made cooking a bit taxing. Felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. Neighborhood is very quite and we had some deer visitors in the yard.

Summary: Quiet neighborhood and convenient for our visit to the Oregon Caves. Comfortable king-sized beds in both bedrooms. Kitchen small, but functional—could use a few more pots/pans and mixing bowls—otherwise mostly equipped.

Summary: Place is well organized and had all the essentials, but definitely was not as well kept as I expect it would be during peak season. The hammocks in back were covered in mold, the yard was filled with leaves from the Fall, one of our towels had a bloody booger wiped on it either from previous stays or was missed during the clean, and our sheets had some stains on them. Both beds were quite firm and pillows are soft. The internet is slow and proved to be difficult if two people wanted to stream things. Neighbors we encountered were friendly! Loved how close it was to things we wanted to explore in the area and The River Valley Restaurant is an amazing breakfast spot too!

Summary: The place is wonderful. Clean, clear instructions on how things are setup. Beds are comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, watched deer and turkeys roam the back yard a few times.

Summary: Nice location and close to the caves. More rural that I expected with lots of trailers in neighborhood. There were dead ants in one of the tubs, so appeared to have ant problem. Curtain fixture also needed repair so notified the property management.

Summary: This is a great house with a neighborhood feeling, yet secluded. The house is clean, conveniently located and it's awesome to have a kitchen and yard! Loved our stay here and would recommend it! One of the stair-treads was not attached well, but we left notes for the hosts who will hopefully get it fixed. That was a "little" thing, compared to the entire home and it's ammenities!

Summary: We went to Cave Junction to visit the Oregon Caves (it is only a 30 minute drive away), and this home was the perfect spot for us to be! We were able to enjoy the Big Cat Sanctuary (10 minutes away) and the Fork Rouge River Park (5 minutes) to let our dogs play in the river. Also, we enjoyed a delicious pizza from Wild River Brewery (8 minutes away) which we highly recommend. So, GREAT location. The neighborhood is older but quiet. We spoke to the people across the street for a while and they were very friendly. The hosts were very communicative and quickly responded to requests. The house itself is very clean and cozy and on the smaller side (if you are planning several people). There are two bedrooms: one upstairs and one downstairs and two full baths. The kitchen is upstairs in the main room and is a small gally style with dishwasher (no disposal). The refrigerator is against the wall and the door opens into the kitchen, making it difficult to maneuver, but is full size. The backyard picture is deceiving - it was not as private or as large as we hoped and felt a little "exposed" when laying in the hammocks. The fire pit is a propane set up - but the tank was empty, so we didn't get to enjoy that part, but did enjoy sitting in the backyard with our dogs. We stayed for 3 nights and fully enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone going on a visit to Cave Junction.
