Summary: We loved the house and its proximity to our family - it was very clean and a good size for the five of us. In comparison to other VRBO's in the past, I was disappointed in the way the home was stocked - very lacking in pots, dishes, bowls, etc. To only have one garbage bag, one dishwashing pod and one roll of paper towels was disappointing. While we didn't need to utilize the backyard, it was really off limits, given the dogs next door that barked continuously anytime anyone walked onto the deck. Overall, clean and the host was accommodating - a bit more attention to some small details would make this a much higher rated rental.

Summary: The property states it’s for 5 guests. There were 3 of us and we only had 4 bath, hand and wash clothes. We washed the towels at least 3 times. The dishes were miss matched; no wine glasses or cocktail glasses. As well as only 5 beverage glasses that didn’t even match. The property manager delivered a toaster (there wasn’t one in the kitchen) and 8 wine glasses. Two oddities - no ice maker in the freezer(2 plastic ice trays) and no garbage disposal. The 1 TV was downstairs with a sofa that only seats 4 people - kind of odd since the house is for 5 guests. Location was great for us & the house was very clean. We are experienced travelers and use Vrbo regularly. These improvements would certainly add to the rental ability of this property.
