An unexpected oasis complete with a private dock on our calm canal, perfect for kayaking or paddle boarding! Fishermen can enjoy fishing right off the dock as well! Eagles, pelicans, cranes and a variety of other birds enjoy this natural beauty too!
Make lasting memories at this updated family-friendly home. River Oasis is a 2 story home, with 1 bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and additional living space upstairs. We are just a short drive from TBK Sports Complex, Historic Downtown LeClaire and John Deere Golf Course as well as many other attractions.
So much to enjoy here in any season! The summer fun of course, but also beautiful Fall leaves and scenery, Winter and spring bird watching just to name a few!
