4 Bedroom House in Quinlan

Amazing lake house with room to sleep up to 16 people and a 4 person hot tub. Cabin has 4 bedrooms (3 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 4 twin xl beds and a twin daybed with twin trundle) and 3 bathrooms. Have a family reunion or just spend some time away with family and friends on Lake Tawakoni. This unique home offers its own game room, covered parking and lake access with a private boat ramp that only residents of this neighborhood and their guests have access to. Upstairs bunkhouse is equipped to sleep up to 8 people and a great place to put a group of children while the adults enjoy themselves downstairs on the main floor. Great view of the lake from the front porch and access to the private boat ramp behind the home for a day of fishing on the lake or some recreational boating. Enjoy the firepit at night and take a soak in the hot tub!
We have working exterior surveillance cameras on the property as a security precaution including one overlooking the hot tub. The land across the street in front is private property so please do not use that land. Also, the boat docks behind the house in the cove belong to neighbors and are not to be used. Number of guests limited to 8 adults and 8 children. Thank you!

Summary: We invited our kids, their spouses, and our 2 year old grandkids for a fishing weekend get together. We had a blast with the family. The house was perfect for us, the bedrooms were huge. There was plenty of room for the kids to play. We enjoyed s'mores and roasting marshmallows in the backyard in the evening. We had a great weekend and Scott was always available for questions. We would definitley recommend this home.

Summary: property was super clean, host was very responsive, and everything was just as advertised! neighborhood was quiet (although the dogs in the neighborhood all came out when we went for a walk!), house had every amenity we could have asked for, and the game room added great entertainment value. thanks!

Summary: House itself is beautiful. Enjoyed everything inside! Was a bit disappointed that the Lake was a bit of a walk but they did state that in the description. Also, the area around the house wasn’t particularly scenic. We would have fished more had it been closer! Beds were super comfortable, rooms were very clean, lots of room in the main area to play games and visit with each other! Bathrooms were big and clean with great showers. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for the week!

Summary: The cabin was beautiful and family oriented. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. The gameroom was a hit with all. I loved the huge kitchen and large dinning table. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I had assumed the beautiful lake view was part of the property. Therefore, there wasn't any swimming areas near by, that we found. Fishing in the cove was perfect.

Summary: If this place is available, book it. Great property with everything you need to have a good time as a family. Game room with pool table and shuffle board, hot tub, grill, boat ramp for lake access and a excellent fishing cove. My group caught fish, rode jet skies played pool and relaxed in the hot tub. I travel more than most and have stayed in many vacation rentals. Scott is by far the most communitive host I have encountered. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Summary: We had 14 people in our group with 7 of them being kids in all age ranges. This place was great! There are so many things to do without leaving the lake. The game room is excellent as is so much space in the open air outside on and directly adjacent to the property in the back. Fishing is great here both in the cove and out on the water. The property owners are easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. They keep open an excellent line of communication. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and very friendly, even to your four-legged family members. I highly recommend staying at this property and will be returning for as long as I can! Thank you very much for letting us enjoy your cabin!

Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in this gorgeous lake house! The kitchen is large, beautiful and has everything you need to home cook meals. The master bedroom is very spacious and comfortable with an amazing bathroom with a jet tub and walk in shower. The backyard was great with a grill and hot tub. The house is great for a larger group or a family looking for a relaxing weekend and has lots of activities including a ping pong table, pool table, shuffle board, games and smart tvs. Kids and adults alike will love this house! My husband and I loved roasting s’mores on the front gas fire pit and there is a wood fire pit in the back as well! You will love this beautiful lake house for any occasion! Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back in the future for another visit!
