2 Bedroom Condo in Ruidoso

My condo has a floor entry, walk into the living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath and washer and dryer area. Walk upstairs to the Master Bedroom with a King size Bed which has its own deck and 2nd Bedroom with a Queen Bed. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. My condo is fully furnished. All you need to bring are your clothes and food or shop at our local grocery stores, about 4 miles away (Albertson or Lowes). My condo is located near the end of the units. Pinon Park is near Links Golf Course with a great walking path, 30 or 35 min to Ski Apache, 5 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Inn of the Mountain of God, 20 minutes to Ruidoso Downs Racetrack. Several good restaurants nearby.
I am pet friendly, but I WANT a description of your pet, please. I do have a $35 nonrefundable pet fee that is given to my property manager (2 Pets Maximum). Please DONT include the pet fee with VRBO fees.

Summary: We are extremely happy with this rental! It’s clean, smells nice, and lots of "extras" that you don't normally find in rentals such as extra blankets/pillows, coffee, spices, and soaps/lotions- even a hair dryer! No detail was missed! We’d gladly stay here again!

Summary: From start to finish. Communication with the host and property manager was smoothe. The condo was comfortable and quiet. Very Clean. Loved the shower. Bed was so comfy. Air conditioner was a great reprieve as I was visiting family in the area from Oklahoma. I would recommend this place an absolutely stay again.

Summary: Enjoyed the property. Did not know about the stairs, but of course it is a condo. The bathrooms need to be mentioned as a "full bath and one half bathroom". We thought we had 2 full bathrooms. Otherwise the place was remarkable and very nice for the price. We highly recommend this place to future guests.

Summary: We enjoyed our weekend getaway in this cute, cozy and clean condo. Located close to downtown, convenient stores and restaurants. Nice comfortable gift store shopping with a mountain view. We plan to return if available next time we visit Ruisoso, NM. Recommend this place.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property as it was as advertised, very comfortable, a great location, owners and managers were very easy to work with, cost was very affordable, kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and everything functioned properly. We would definitely repeat staying at this property again. Also the owner Suzie, is very thoughtful as she checked on our stay upon our arrival as well as during our stay!!!
