4 Bedroom House in Sittee Point, Hopkins

This home is a three bedroom, four bathroom beach house that was renovated in 2021. All 3 bedrooms have an attached ensuite bathroom and patio access.
All bedrooms and lounge have a view of the ocean where beautiful sunrises and moon rises take place as well as sunsets over the savanna. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, and laundry. Large patios will help you enjoy the views.
On the ground floor, enjoy the breezeway and lounge (with a Queen sized bed and futon) for older children or those wanting a bit more separation. This room has a separate entrance and access to a half bath and outdoor shower. Please note that it is not accessible from inside the main house.
Our manager is on duty to help you plan your adventures, help with your groceries, or arrange to bring in a cook.

Summary: Amazing property. Very kind caretakers. Always checked in to make sure we were okay. Love Hopkins. Ice maker gets a 5 star rating alone!!! AC another real bonus. Play pen though has not mattress so recommend that be taken care of. We had a one year old with us and had to come up with a cushion for the play pen. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Summary: My wife and I enjoyed a week at this wonderful home the end of February. Although it was just the 2 of us, the house could easily accommodate 3 couples with children. All the bedrooms have ensuite baths and private outdoor access. The kitchen is well equipped and we used it daily. The carribean is about 100 feet from the house while was great. (Don't take the dark sand dollars) We tried to think of something to mention that this home needs, but drew a blank. I can recommend staying here to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful upscale stay in Belize Say ji to Daniel for me.

Summary: Plenty of room for 9. Staff was great. Had new washing machine installed our first day. Had mostly windy and rainy days. Golf carts recommend. Roads near the house are really bumpy/muddy with rain. Bring protection for no-see-ums and sand fleas.

Summary: Communication with Malissa was prompt and complete. Mary, property manager, and her husband and grandson provided wonderful recommendations for anything we were looking for...activities, tours, restauraunts, fishing. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. The beach and yard is gorgeous. Elder raked the beach of debris that washed up on shore and kindly shared 2 fresh coconuts with us. The hot water was just that...hot and plentiful! The beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby every night! Loved this home and location!

Summary: This vacation was anticipated for almost a year and I must say it did not disappoint. The house was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The beach was just amazing! This was our first time in Belize and we fell in love with the country and the people. Mary, the manager was such a big help and made us feel like family. She recommended restaurants and outings for us to enjoy. One week just didn’t feel like enough time.
