Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star wellness hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish — every facility was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. Rooms are cosy and modern along with the bathroom. The wellness area was inviting and clean too, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to fully unwind. There is a fitness room for those who would like to stay in shape. The staff was friendly and polite throughout the whole complex, always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant was exceptional, food was very tasty, fresh, plenty to choose from. We went for half-board option this time, which was a good choice. We had everything we needed within the hotel, so it was easy to chill, rest and recharge. We truly couldn’t have asked for more and will happily return for another stay. Grateful for this lovely break.

Positive: It is newly renovated (but the rooms already look used).

Negative: Bathroom sink leaking, scratched walls, stained carpet, AC not working and very very hot. Front desk staff extremely unfriendly, the lady seemed bothered by any question - we were asking if there were rooms available for our friends to come. After a few eye rolls and patronizing attitude, she gave the impression she regrets there were indeed a few rooms available and she had to give us a postive answer.
