Positive: Very helpful and friendly staff, very clean and comfortable hotel. Many pools and near Heviz natural thermal lake.

Positive: Great location with Heviz town and baths only a 10 minute walk away. Good facilities at the hotel with many different pool areas (thermal bath & fitness). Good selection of food available for breakfast and evening meal. Staff were very friendly.
Negative: Maid knocked on door before 8am to ask to clean room and from then on we just kept the room tidy ourselves which meant the two sachets of coffee allowance were soon used up! I’m sure if we’d of asked they’d of cleaned at another time, it was just a bit unusual to be woken so early.
Summary: Really nice place and would recommend.
