Positive: The room, the view and the customer service . Such kind people . Though the property didn’t have elevator, there was assistance with bags from the front desk team. They even help with luggage storage. Highly recommend this property.

Positive: The location was perfect, close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and the port, but still quiet enough at night that our sleep wasn’t disturbed. The staff were also incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with carrying our bags up the stairs, gave us great recommendations on beaches and things to do around the island, answered our questions and were generally friendly and welcoming. Our towels were changed during the stay, which was appreciated, and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. It had a cozy, pleasant atmosphere with a nice balcony to sit out on, and thoughtful touches like a coffee machine, water bottles, biscuits added to the overall experience.
Negative: There were a few minor downsides, though nothing that ruined our stay. One of the reasons we booked the property was because the photos showed a small café on the ground floor, but unfortunately, it had closed down by the time we arrived. That was a bit disappointing, though thankfully there were other cafés nearby. The biggest challenge was the stairs, there were quite a lot of them, and they were oddly uneven in height, which made them a bit difficult to climb and easy to trip on if you weren’t paying close attention. Lastly, the shower water temperature would change suddenly, going from hot to cold and the other way round, which made showers a bit unpredictable.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Entelia Hotel in Skiathos! A heartfelt thank you to Dominick, Matias, and Joanna for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. The hotel is modern, and just a short walk from the port and town center. Everything was perfect from start to finish, also the little dog Naomi (XD). Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable island getaway, because it's position is central but not in heavy-noised streets.

Positive: The staff was really nice and helpful with everything we needed, the last day after we checked out they even kept our luggage until we left the island. The location is right in the center of the town and it's easy to find. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
