Summary: We had a great time. And the house was clean, the bedrooms were comfy. The temperature of the home was very comfortable. Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Plenty of towels and dishes. I recommend it to anybody who would like a fun family weekend away to relax.

Summary: This is an older farm house that has been fixed up very nicely. There was plenty of room and things to do. The walls are pretty thin, so if you have late to bed and late sleepers combined with early to bed and early risers, keep that in mind. Overall this was a great place to stay. Thanks!

Summary: Very spacious and clean house that perfectly accommodated our two families. Easy to drive in/out of town. Kids loved the games and hot tub. You can’t use the indoor fire place - FYI. We hope to be back again!

Summary: The house was great! Perfect location to the ski resort! House is fully equipped, hot tub was lovely after night skiing! Highly recommended this rental! We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is kind and communicative. My family and I thought home was clean, spacious, and had beautiful finishes and woodwork. The great room with the high ceiling and exposed beams was a nice place to unwind after a long day. The Buffalo Bills gear that adorned the game room was fun and cool. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Summary: This home exceeded all our expectations!!! Our hosts thought of EVERYTHING. The house is amazing by itself. As an old farm house, the character shows up no matter where you turn. The kitchen is so much fun to cook in and the griddle and grill are great!! Add to all that the hosts attention to detail with all the furnishings and play thins is amazing!!

Summary: We were in town for a family reunion in Springville. It was the perfect place for our family of 9. It was only about a 20 minute drive to Springville and 10 minutes to Ellicottville. The large kitchen and family area gave us a place to gather while there. The home has so much to offer, unfortunately we didn’t use any due to being with family until late. We were basically there to sleep and have breakfast. We would definitely rent again.
