Summary: The house is cozy and adequate notwithstanding it's age and some maintenance issues. Within walking distance of nice shopping and dining (Aksarben Village). Fenced yard is nice for dogs. Beds are comfortable and HVAC works well. Nice TV with lots of streaming sources of entertainment. The carpet is a bit shabby and the kitchen sink is old/stained. The chairs at the "dining" table all had loose connections to the bases (thought they were going to break). Would be nice to provide some wine glasses. We thought it was odd to "welcome" pets in the ad but not tell us of the house rule that pets are not allowed on any furniture until we arrived at the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property.
