Newly remodeled 2-unit duplex building in charming German Village! Great for a larger group or family looking to stay together in the same building, but still have some privacy. Each of the 2 units has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room and smart TV w/Netflix and Sling. Sleeps 10 total (4 on one side, 6 on the other side).
Located right off High St -- steps to coffee shops (including Starbucks), breweries, restaurants, parks, yoga & public transportation. Minutes from several parks, including Schiller Park and Scioto Audubon Metropark.

This listing is for our full duplex (both sides of the building) including our Vintage Townhome unit and Modern Townhome unit. Both units have separate entrances and basements.
The first floor of each unit has a living room, dining room, kitchen and small powder room. The living rooms feature LED Smart TVs with Netflix and Sling (cable), and decorative fireplaces.
The dining tables on each side seat 4-6.
The kitchens in both unites are newly renovated and fully stocked. A Nespresso machine with pods is available to you during your stay, as well as a pour-over coffee dripper.
Each side has a unique Y staircase leads up to the newly remodeled suites on the second floor.
The spacious main suites feature a memory foam King beds, both down & down alternative pillows, and a large bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and double vanity. *Please note that there is NO DOOR between the bedroom and bathroom inside both master suites.*
Across the hall from the master suites are the guest suites, which are tiny but full of character. These bedrooms have Queen memory foam mattresses and fluffy down & down alternative pillows. The adjoining bathrooms have full showers with great water pressure, and lots of designer touches throughout. *Please note that there is NO DOOR between the bedroom and bathroom inside the guest suite*
There is currently no outdoor entertaining area at this home. We will update the listing with new photos once it is ready for guests.

Summary: We were so happy with our stay! The property was very clean and nicely decorated - just as pictured and described. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and the check in and out process were super simple and smooth. We had several cars within our group and had no problem finding street parking. The property is in a great walkable location.

Summary: This place was immaculate, and so gorgeously renovated and decorated. They thought of just about everything in terms of amenities, including sound machines and fans. (The area was not at all loud when we were there, but still so nice to have in case one of your roomies is up at different times than you are). The bedding and bed was fantastic. They supplied 4 pillows on our master bed, which I love and appreciate. I find so many rentals to provide only 2 flat pillows, which always leaves me with neck pain the next day. The bedding here was AWESOME. It is definitely luxurious enough for anyone who is picky and boujiee (like I am). 😇 The hosts were also easy to communicate with, very kind and accommodating, and clearly take pride in their rental. I VERY much appreciated how seamless the check out process was and how little was required of us prior to leaving, especially when catching a 6 am flight like I did. There was no daunting laundry list of items, nor any threatening signs or messages that leave you walking on egg shells and prevent you from feeling like a home. This place was SPOTLESS. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at. Location is AWESOME! Can walk to many bars and restaurants, and safely. Thanks for hosting us, and providing such an amazing place!

Summary: My co-workers and I rented both duplexes side by side. Both sides were very nice. The owners are excellent and took care of everything we needed very quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. The only downside (which was very small) was free parking which is a bit limited, but worked out okay as we normally found a space available within a block of the duplexes. All-in-all we had a great stay.

Summary: The house was perfect for our group with all the necessary amenities. Our reason for going to Columbus was the NCAA tournament held at Nationwide Arena. Since the weather was cold, that distance was a bit long for a walk. Other than that, if weather would have been nice, the location would have been perfect. The immediate neighborhood was great for restaurants/bars/coffee shops etc

Summary: We were in town for a wedding, and this property worked so much better than 4 hotel rooms where we wouldn’t have been able to see each other much. It was so clean, parking was easy and you’re close to everything. It was so pretty that my girlfriend took her getting ready wedding photos in the vintage side :) And all 4 couples raved about how great they slept, that never happens! Would definitely stay again!

Summary: This house was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location to access downtown Columbus activities! The hosts were super accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house and location. We had a larger group of friends stay and we utilized both sides of the duplex. Everyone slept comfortably. We had a night of dining in and dining out. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance along with other places located within a couple minute drive. Highly recommend this house for a nice weekend getaway in Columbus.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time on this property. I worked out great for the entire family. The kids were able to hang in the finished loft area while the adults spent time in the well decorated and cozy living space downstairs. Easy walk to all the restaurants and local park. All the essentials were at this property. Not to mention a high end HUGE luxurious shower in the modern unit master. Highly recommend.
