Positive: Host was extremely helpful, keys had been locked in the lockbox by previous guests and were stuck and within 5 minutes he was there to give us a key, nothing was too much trouble for him, security deposit was back in my bank before I had even left Liverpool, great host thankyou :) Property is in a great location very spacious and close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Positive: Really convenient for a family with two kids. Well set up kitchen . Good sized bedrooms, lots of bedding and towels provided. Free on-road parking and we got the spot outside the house every time

Positive: We booked this accommodation last minute whilst visiting a relative at LHCH. It was ideally situated near the hospital and had the basics required for a reasonably priced overnight stay. The owner was very helpful and met us at the property to show us round.
Negative: We stayed on the coldest night of the year so far and even though the heating was on when we arrived the house was very cold once it went off. We followed the instructions for boosting the heating but it didn't work. If we had been staying longer this would have needed addressing. I also wasn't informed of the £200 deposit until after the booking was made. Luckily I had the deposit which was returned on leaving the next day.

Positive: Very spacious everything we needed there and we was all happy that it was three bedroomed and beds very comfy and shower great too really enjoyed our stay so close to bus stop and plenty of shops close by for everyday shopping bits to get if needed
Negative: Had trouble sorting the tv out to get channels on
