Summary: Place was great and Rita was an amazing host. Quick to respond and resolve any issues that may came up. The coffee maker failed to work and she replaced it the following day. I would definitely stay here again for either work or personal reasons.

Summary: The house was clean and big enough for 5 adults and 2 children. The kitchen had enough pots and pans for our needs. Rita communicated with us during our stay. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub as advertised. The week we were there was extremely hot and we realized there was no AC. However, there were fans available for us to use.
