Summary: Host is responsive but not proactive. We had to ask for instructions on how to check in and he provided a code to get into the building but he didn’t provide the code to get into the unit. We arrived late and had a moment of panic but he did respond immediately with the 2nd ccode when I asked

Summary: Kameron was very responsive and worked with me to get in and out of the property as easily as possible. Clean space, comfortable bed. The pull out couch is a tiny bit smaller than it looks in the photo but it worked for the group I was with. My little sisters loved the LED lights/fireplaces in the bedroom and living rooms. Overall we had a good time here.

Summary: The positives of this property are it’s location, quiet area and the host was very accessible through messaging. Also the washer/dryer was broken in our apt and he allowed us access to the empty apt downstairs to do laundry. The down sides were the updates to the apt were done poorly, unfinished outlet in the bathroom, non-working outlet in the bathroom, paint and tile work shoddy. Also there was a bad smell in the apt, which I thought was cigarette smoke but by the end of the stay I wasn’t sure. The host knew about this and was apologetic and provided incense and candles.
