Summary: Very clean. Needs a few attention points. Some old burnt cooking pots can be discarded. My towel has seen better days. Towels were like sandpaper.

Summary: Nice quiet neighborhood a short walk from the town center. The stairs down to the apartment were not the best for 70 somethings. Will need to be more aware the next time we rent. Also, missed having paper towels and tissues!

Summary: 2 year staying here for a short 3 nights to attend a Non-profit group fundraiser. The apartment is a short walk to all the food downtown and 5 minute drive to the grocery store and other chain restaurants and ice cream. Very clean and provides all things needed to eat in and cook along with the full size washer and dryer. Comfortable, very quiet and private. I highly recommend this apartment for stays in Sunbury at a great price!

Summary: This was a great little place. There are steep stairs going down. So if you have a problem with stairs you may want to consider somewhere else. Had a nice stay.

Summary: My friend and I had a great stay and the location was very peaceful. Very close to drug stores, restaurants and grocery stores. The rental was clean and owner was very quick in responding to my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Nice neighborhood and quiet. Shower is a little small and I couldn't adjust the temperature but I didn't ask to either. The entrance is very steep and that was a surprise. Overall it was very nice.
